Obituary
Winifred “Winnie” V. Smith, was born on April 15, 1950 and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. She was the only child of the Late Harry and Laura Jones. Her greatest joy in life was being a Beloved and dedicated Mother to her son, Derrick C. Smith.
Winnie was a member of the Improved Benevolent Protective Order Elks of the World, Inc. (I.B.P.O.E of the W) where she joined American Beauty Temple #476, Upper Marlboro, MD, Tri-State Association. She was also a member of the Flower of Purity Council Past Daughter Rulers Council and the Marjorie T. Lancaster Chapter #84, Order of the Eastern Star Prince Hall Affiliated, Maryland Jurisdiction, Inc.
Winifred leaves many precious memories to be cherished by her son Derrick and a host of family and friends.
